Classroom block for Witham Hall Preparatory School, near Bourne, Lincolnshire. Value £325,000 JCTCD98 design and build contract. Handed over September 2000. Baxter & King obtained planning permission for this new building after exhaustive consultation with the Local Authority Planning Officers. The scheme is set in a conservation village and used natural slate roofing and natural stone walling materials, with careful detailing to compliment the surrounding original building.
Building Blocks Kindergarten at Bourne, Lincolnshire. Value £285,000 JCTCD98 design and build contract. Handed over in September 2000. Baxter & King Limited worked with the owners to develop their first purpose built nursery facility.
Warehouse and Office extension for Cavotec UK Limited at Market Deeping, Lincolnshire. Value £104,000 JCTCD98 design and build contract completed in March 2000. Baxter & King Limited designed and built Cavotec's original warehouse and offices in 1989 and the client came back to us when they decided to double the size of their operation.
Factory extension for Icarus Ltd at Market Deeping. Value £80,000. We originally built an extension on this site as a design and build project and this project was a follow on from the success of the first extension. Completed 2004.
