The refurbishment works comprising of new dormer windows, lead work to the roof and cheeks of the dormers, chimney repointing and new natural stone cappings, insulating and re tiling of the roof reusing the reclaimed slates and the strengthening of the existing of the roofing timbers was handed back to the client ahead of schedule.
