of "Design & Build" results in a much more comprehensive service
than is offered by our competitors.
A fully integrated package starting with the location a procurement of suitable sites on behalf of a client is available, using local knowledge and in close co-operation with local authorities. Baxter & King Ltd are frequently the catalyst that brings together clients, site owners, sources of finance and local authorities that leads to a development that would otherwise have been considered impossible.
Commencing with an in depth study of the customer's existing operations and future needs, including interviews with key staff and concentrating on buildability and cost efficiency, fully costed proposals are prepared, tailored to the customer's exact requirements.
Our involvement need not end on completion of the construction phase. Many clients take up the option of a "turn key" contract and move into a fully fitted and furnished building ready for business.
